Unveiling our Magnetrol® branded Hygienic Radar Antenna
Field proven in the industrial markets, the release of the new Hygienic Model RCX Antenna now allows the Model R80 transmitter to be utilized in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other Life Science applications requiring CIP/SIP cleanability and a 15 Ra surface finish.
The Pulsar Model R80 is a state-of-the-art 24 VDC, loop-powered, Non-Contact RADAR based liquid level transmitter. It offers the capability to output level, volume or flow. This enhanced transmitter aligns with the latest Magnetrol family of level transmitters, providing intuitive operation and exceptional ease-of-use through faster commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Highlights of using the new Model RCX Hygienic Antenna with the Model R80 Transmitter:
- Equipped with a graphic LCD featuring an easy-to-navigate menu structure
- Includes a graphical DTM with increased diagnostics (compatible with PACTware)
- Volumetric capability and a 30-point strapping table for uncommonly shaped vessels
- SIL 2 suitable with FMEDA report
- 316/316L ss probe with Tri-Clamp process connections and 15 Ra surface finish
- Complete with standard documentation required by the FDA for use in cGMP facilities
