VLIT2500 Series
Dual chamber magnetic float visual level indicator with level transmitter

The VLIT2500 Dual Chamber Magnetic Visual Level Indicator with Level Transmitter is a practical alternative to fragile, easily-clouded sight glasses. The unit’s 2½” (63.5 mm) diameter 316 stainless steel chamber provides safe, durable and easy-to-read indication in various liquids while remaining isolated from potential media contamination. The visual level indicator’s 1.25″ chamber accepts a CS02 capacitance level transmitter to provide continuous output readings correlating to the fluid level within the process vessel. The VLIT2500 withstands pressures up to 400 PSIG (27 bar) and is capable of providing accurate level indication with or without power. Various threaded, flanged and weld connections are available to mount the unit on the top, bottom or side of the tank. Additional options include custom flag color combinations and graduated scales.

Magnetic level indicators

Magnetic Level Indicators (MLI) have revolutionized the global visual indication market by offering a safer, reliable, and high-visibility alternative to common gauge glass assemblies. Utilizing a combination of proven buoyancy principles along with the benefits magnetism, MLIs can be customized to fit virtually any process connection arrangement on the vessel. The chamber and magnetic float is available in a variety of materials and pressure ratings to accommodate the wide variety of complex process applications present in the world’s major industrial facilities.
