Customer Satisfaction Is Our Driving Force

At AMETEK LMS, customer satisfaction is one of the cornerstones of our success.
Our goal is to exceed expectations and build lasting customer partnerships based on trust. This commitment to our customers has been vital in our first 100 years and will continue to drive our vision for our next 100 years.

Going the Extra Mile

Recently, during the long holiday weekend of Memorial Day, a major international O&G company in the US encountered a critical issue that threated to shut down a key process in their operation. They reached out to us for help as they needed the 20+ year-old high-pressure external cage liquid level switch retuned to them as quickly as possible to avoid a shutdown and to minimize downtime. Having served the industrial markets for close to 100 years, the gravity of the situation and the time constraints in play were not lost on our team.  We mobilized immediately as the unit was already on its way from the customer, by hot shot, to our facility in Aurora, IL.

On Saturday, within hours of physically receiving the urgent RMA for the H32 High-pressure external cage liquid level switch, our team had already engaged all the necessary resources to quickly diagnose what was wrong with the switch and perform the necessary repairs. With outstanding coordination among AMETEK LMS, the channel partner and the customer, our team would have made a professional motorsport pit crew proud.

With the hot shot driver taking a quick break, we re-crated and re-loaded the repaired switch for the journey home and back to doing what AMETEK LMS Magnetrol branded products are known for worldwide – reliably protecting people, process plants and the environment.

Customer Satisfaction is our driving force

Building Lasting Relationships

The impact of our efforts did not go unnoticed. The customer was thrilled that we were able to pull this off over a long weekend and ecstatic that their switch was on the way back to them within a couple of hours of receiving the unit at our Aurora, IL facility.  Our team was genuinely excited for the opportunity and the chance to provide exceptional service and world-class customer care. To reinforce their belief in the partnership that was formed and their confidence in our equipment, the customer asked us to provide some additional High-pressure external cage liquid level switch units. In our long history, we have always believed in the power of building strong relationships based on trust, reliability, and exceptional service. It is the reason that we feel so strongly about providing best of breed, highly configurable products to the marketplace so that customers can get exactly what they need, when they need it and have the confidence that their trust in us will not be misplaced.

Conclusion

At AMETEK LMS, our commitment to providing exceptional customer service is unwavering.  Stay tuned for more inspiring stories as we continue to deliver world-class customer experiences, making a positive impact on our clients and the industries we serve.
